Memory usage of the Microsoft Information Store could grow to a high amount.

AESS 5.0 Build 1002.1101 or earlier.

Conditions / Symptoms

While the MADSAESS Service is processing a mailbox, the memory usage of the Microsoft Information Store process might grow excessively.  The memory usage would then drop once a mailbox was finished being processed.

Issue / Cause

Memory used by the Information Store process was not freed until after a mailbox and all of its associated objects were closed.

Work Around / Fix

To correct this, download and install the latest version of Attachment Executive Server Side 5.0.  The latest version allows the Information Store to release unused memory before it grows to an excessive amount.
