Mailboxes in other recipient containers not processed.

Conditions / Symptoms

When a configuration is set to process all mailboxes belonging to a server, only mailboxes that appeared in the “Recipients” container or its sub-containers would be processed.  Any mailboxes belonging to the server in other recipient containers were not processed.

Issue / Cause

The MADSAESS Service was only looking at the main “Recipients” container and its sub-containers when gathering a list of mailboxes that required processing.

Work Around / Fix

To correct this, download and install the latest version of Attachment Executive Server Side 5.0.  The latest version ensures that mailboxes in other recipient containers are also processed.
