Error message "The file has reached maximum size" during PST processing.

Conditions / Symptoms

When processing a PST file the following error message appears "Personal Folders: The file <path to PST file> has reached its maximum size"

Issue / Cause

The PST file is in an ANSI format and the machine that is processing the PST file has a restriction set by Microsoft Outlook for how large ANSI PST files may become.
