E-mail Management Server is
sold by per license. Each license provides a means by which a
PST, mailbox, or public folder can be processed by the software.
The minimum purchase for E-mail Management Server is 10
licenses, however to purchase less than 76 licenses immediately online visit:

Note: For the
Exchange Edition, two public folder licenses are included for each
mailbox license purchased. For the Enterprise Editions, two
PST and two public folder licenses are included for each mailbox
license purchased.
(Important Note:
Once you use the software on an object, that object becomes
"licensed". Licenses can not be transferred.)
