Quick Easy Access Online Help.  Online HTML help files are available on every MMC node displayed in the left hand pane.  Help buttons for each wizard page display relevant information to the task at hand.

Service Throttling Intelligence.  Services monitor CPU and RAM utilization to throttle back usage during processing when necessary.  Services automatically notify administrators when server CPU and RAM utilization remain high thus preventing E-mail Management Server from running its scheduled tasks.

Flexible configuration.  Completely customize E-mail Policies to examine or process messages and attachments by creating one or more rules.  These rules allow administrators to define through a comprehensive list of conditions and exceptions which messages or attachments to handle.  A list of actions can then be taken to record information only, copy, move or delete messages and attachments.  Complete customization of rules provides extraordinary flexibility to the software.
