Program?
At MADSolutions we aim for the
"win/win" situation. With this in mind, we introduced our
Affiliate Program, which allows people like you to cash in when
recommending MADSolutions products.
How Does the MADSolutions Affiliate
Program Work?
When you refer people to
MADSolutions products here’s what happens…
- Tell them to mention that they
heard about MADSolutions from you, (tell them to mention your
affiliate number) and when they order they will receive a 5%
discount.

When the company purchases a
MADSolutions product, they receive 5% off when they mention
their affiliate. (Note: In order to receive 5% off they must
mention the affiliate's ID number and name).

We keep track off all referrals and when the
referred customer buys from us,
you are also rewarded
financially by receiving 5% of the total product purchase
amount.
The aim is a win-win-win.
MADSolutions wins by gaining new clients, the referring
affiliate wins by earning more dollars for their efforts, and
the clients win by gaining top solutions at a discounted price.
This is a definite benefit to independent consultants that often
use and recommend products but generally receive nothing in
return. We at MADSolutions would like to show our
gratitude.
Who Can Be An Affiliate?
Anyone in North America can be an
Affiliate; all you have to do is sign up to receive an Affiliate
ID number.
Regardless of the industry you are
in, you could be in an ideal position to recommend our products
to all of your colleagues within your specific industry! People
in legal firms, accounting firms, insurance companies, financial
institutions, travel agencies, etc. are all in a great position
to recommend our products.
What if I work for the company I am recommending the software
to?
MADSolutions
understand that in certain circumstances, a conflict of interest
may occur. In these particular situations the affiliate
can save their company 10% and forego their commission. To
obtain this discount, the affiliate must provide their affiliate
ID along with a note specifying the discount should be 10%.
MADSolutions will e-mail the affiliate when receiving the order
to confirm the affiliate is foregoing their commission.
How Much Can An Affiliate Make?
It really
all
depends on how many people you know and just how
well you network. You could make a couple extra dollars to a
couple extra thousand.
Let’s say you knew of a company that
was looking for a way to deal with all their users’ attachments
and they had 3,000 users. You could earn up to $955.00 USD
and all you had to do was tell them to mention your Affiliate ID
in order for them to receive a 5% discount.
When and How Are the Affiliates
Paid?
Our Affiliates are paid once the
company they referred has paid for the software. At that
point we will send a cheque to the Affiliate and notify them via
email that the cheque has been mailed.
Can Affiliates Market MADSolutions
Products?
In short, the answer is no.
Affiliates are not representatives of MADSolutions, nor are they
entitled to represent MADSolutions in any form. If an
Affiliate would like to extend their relationship with
MADSolutions in order to market MADSolutions products, they can
sign up for the MADSolutions Authorized Reseller Program and
obtain materials and tools required to sell MADSolutions
products.
MADSolutions expects its affiliates
to practice ethically responsible business behaviour. Word
of mouth, demonstrations of the software, downloads of
evaluation versions for customers to try, along with general
guidance to the MADSolutions web site is acceptable.
Affiliates are not permitted to send unsolicited advertisements,
(called "spamming" or "junk email"), using the MADSolutions
name, however if you have a mailing list whereby people opted in
and agreed to receive email from you, this is acceptable.
Any Affiliate found to be conducting
themselves in an unprofessional manner while discussing
MADSolutions or MADSolutions products will be automatically
disqualified from earning any compensation, and in some cases,
where unethical behaviour has directly resulted in loss or
damages to MADSolutions’ reputation, the offender may be liable
to legal prosecution.
