MADSolutions realises the importance of quality software products.  Unfortunately in a world where technology is changing every second and people are swamped with information, Beta testers often do not have the time or energy to put into providing valuable feedback to improve the quality of the products they test.  We at MADSolutions experience the same problem when beta testing Microsoft software and therefore we are making attempts to make reporting problems as easy as possible.
