Over the past 4 or 5 years the term “E-mail Archiving” has become a popular catch phrase to deal with these issues.  The unfortunate reality is that the way most companies deal with e-mail can cause major losses in productivity time for end users, support staff and administrators.

Our e-mail management software began 8 years ago as a client based attachment removal product named "CleanMail". We then worked closely with companies to meet their demands for a server solution based at the Microsoft Exchange database level.  This server product, named “Attachment Executive Server Side”, incorporated multiple features for identifying and removing attachments that companies required.

While both of these products were successful, we continued to work with our customers and found many required a more robust and complete e-mail content management solution.  This included everything from removing and archiving e-mail messages to locating and removing restricted content such as internet hyperlinks.

The result of all this research and development is our current product, “E-mail Management Server”.  The name of the product was changed to reflect that our product now encompasses a wide range of features from attachment processing and removal to e-mail archival and content management to hyperlink modification and removal.

We have strived to attract the largest number of potential customers by combining the benefits of flexibility with ease of use.  Our customers find they can easily customize our software to meet their specific requirements.
