MADSolutions Professional Services provide both contract and consulting services.  We make a distinction between these services based on customer requirements. 

Contractors: When work needs to be done and a customer already knows what they want, our contractors provide the relevant knowledge and experience to follow direction and get the job done effectively and efficiently. 

Consultants: When a customer needs assistance with direction, planning and guidance with their objectives, technologies or strategies, our consultants provide a wealth of experience and know-how to confer with our customers to work out an aligned solution.

We are committed to helping every customer achieve their objectives.  These objectives are as important to MADSolutions as they are to you.  Our contractors and consultants are committed to ensuring your timelines and objectives are attainable.  We achieve this by keeping the lines of communication open and providing periodic feedback which helps to ensure projects do not go over budget or miss their milestones.  A customer that achieves their objectives on time and on budget is a return customer. 

How are we different?

Unlike most other consulting firms, we permit our contractors and consultants the opportunity to advance their professional careers by accepting employment offered by customers after a twelve (12) month period has elapsed without any buy-out cost to the customer, contractor or consultant.* We believe relationships are built over time and our commitment is not only to our customer, but to our contractors and consultants.

Quality

Quality is of vital importance to MADSolutions.  Our contractors and consultants are interviewed by other technical contractors and consultants to determine their level of knowledge, troubleshooting skills and experience.  A solid resume is only the first step in qualifying a contractor or consultant.  A comprehensive interviewing and reference check ensures customers are provided with a contractor or a consultant whose background, aptitude and knowledge are required to complete the tasks effectively.

How are we different?

In the IT Professional Services industry, the quality of the contractor or consultant is key to the customer.  It is difficult to comprehend the quality of resource the customer is actually receiving for its investment when contractors and consultants are earning less than 70% of what they are being charged out by the consulting firm.  With our full disclosure policy, the customer can be assured they are receiving full value for their investment.
