Hyperlink redirection – Scan user's mailboxes to redirect hyperlinks when their attachments have been moved to another network location.
Attachment / Link orphan detection - determine whether or not attachments (files) have corresponding email message links. If a file no longer has a link in the user's mailbox, provide the user with the option to delete the file.
With more Email Policy options, administrators can have finer control over processing of user’s mailboxes and folders.
