Exchange Mailbox Management Solution
Completely customizable and can be configured to scan, copy, move, or delete messages and attachments easily
Replace attachments with hyperlinks or when necessary reattach files in place of their hyperlinks. 
Perform tasks manually or on a predefined schedule with this effective email management tool.  
Email Polices easily configured just like Outlook rules. This includes all of the options currently available like filtering by file types, filenames, etc.  
Email Policies operate on mailboxes, PSTs, or Public Folders.  
Each Email Policy can be set to operate on every mailbox or only selected mailboxes. 
Details about how much space was moved from the mailboxes, PSTs, or Public Folders can be emailed to you after each processing period.  
Detailed reports can be kept about every message or attachment that was moved or deleted and the location on the network where each attachment now resides.  
Each of the mailboxes’ attachments can be placed in an automatically created separate network subfolder, or in a user’s home directory.   
Whenever attachments are deleted, Email Management Server 9, our email management tool can either place them in the users “Deleted Items” folder or have them permanently erased.
